#7: Design your environment

James Clear, in his book Atomic Habits, said “you do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems”.

Design your environment to:

  • Exercise regularly (e.g. live near the park so you have a nice environment for daily walks)
  • Eat healthy
  • Work without distraction
  • Expose yourself to new things
